The baby of a Suffolk employee’s friend was born in April of 2019. At just 10 weeks, she started experiencing abnormal movements and symptoms. After countless hospital visits, doctors finally diagnosed her with a very rare and aggressive life-threatening disease and metabolic disorder. With costly medical expenses to manage, the family began to struggle. That’s when The Giving Circle stepped in, providing rent, utilities, car payments, and groceries. The baby has since been accepted to a treatment center in Tennessee and the family is eternally grateful for the support they received.
